Digital-download refund policy
You may cancel your order for a refund within 30 days of purchase only if you have not downloaded the digital files. After download, we do not offer voluntary refunds. This policy does not limit rights required by applicable law or Fourthwall’s applicable policies. For download problems or incorrect or corrupted files, contact support@aiinteldesk.com with your order number so we can help.
How do I request an eligible cancellation?
Use the order-management link in your confirmation email or contact support@aiinteldesk.com with your order number before downloading. Eligibility is subject to the 30-day window and Fourthwall’s applicable policies.
What will I receive?
The Prompt & Implementation Bundle includes eight resources in PDF and editable Word formats, delivered in one ZIP file. It contains 200 distinct prompts: 150 core prompts plus 50 Business Accelerator prompts. The 25 Quick-Start Cards repeat selected core prompts. No physical item is shipped.
How do I access my files?
Download access is emailed after purchase. Open the ZIP and begin with the Start Here Guide. If the message is missing, check spam and confirm the email address used at checkout, then contact support with your order number.
Is an AI subscription included?
No. This is a digital educational resource, not an AI account, software subscription, implementation service, or guarantee of results.
Payments and order handling
Available payment methods and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Fourthwall is the merchant of record and handles order processing. Refund timing depends on the payment provider.
